Return & Refund Policy

At PlantSugar Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience.

Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at plantsugarco@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
